This video doesn't emphasize the importance of tightening the Tourniquet properly. I'm a medic, and I know from experience with the SOFTT, that in order to stop hemorrhage, you need to tighten the Tourniquet REALLY tight.
If you don't tighten the TQ properly, you will create a venous stasis, which will INCREASE hemorrhage.
Fastening a TQ properly is painful as hell, and in combat we've seen wounded soldiers taking off their TQ because of the pain, and bleed to death..

sweet just got my first one today good video. and for those asking why he didnt put his safety back on. if the bad guy just shot your ass and knows your in that room and you are engaged what is the first thing you might need to do if you can? supress the fire or fire back.
