The Character Generation feature allows users to create and even become, any character model in the game. For the purpose of this demonstration we have generated the maximum number of characters without making the system crash. (A system crash will occur if you create too many characters at one time.)

"Tokey" a.k.a. Orange 12, is a drug addled character from the GTA universe. He's known for such legendary quotes as "Them White Boys had me smoking Crystal Meth!" and "Can't you see I'm busy being high?!"
