Stand facing the wall. Place your hands flat on the wall at about shoulder height. Place one foot as far back from the wall as you can, keeping the opposite foot about a foot in front of it. Lean your hips towards the wall until a stretch is felt in the calf muscle of the back leg. Hold this position.
