Ambassadors' Academy #17 Recap

Sharing the truth of the Gospel in love in Southern California. Every single one of us has sinned and broken the laws of God. Don't believe me, for instance have you ever told a lie in your life, if so you are a liar, have you ever stolen anything, then you are a thief, or have you ever looked at someone with lust, if so the Bible says you have committed adultery in your heart. God is so just that if we even commit one sin and break God's law than we are guilty (James 2:10). The Bible says God will not at all leave the guilty unpunished (Nahum 1:3) and that He is angry with the wicked everyday (Psalm 7:11)! If we die in our sins, than we will receive the just wrath of God for the sins we committed against God. But that is not God's will to send us to Hell, but because of His grace and mercy , God sent his only Son Jesus Christ to suffer and die on the cross for the sins that we ourselves committed. He rose from the grave 3 days later therefore defeating death. Jesus atoned for our death and can wash us of our filthiness and unrighteousness if we receive the gift He offers to us. In response to what Jesus did for you on the cross we are to repent (turn away) from of our sins and place our faith and trust in Jesus Christ alone to be saved. So stop trusting in yourself or your own goodness to get into Heaven. Let go of your sins and cling to Jesus Christ. When you truly do this, God will forgive you of all your sins and you will have everlasting life.

Jesus said, I am the way, the truth and the life. No man comes to the Father, but by me (John 14:6)

The Bible says he who believes on the Son has everlasting life, but he who believes not on the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him (John 3:36)

So you have a choice, either you can pay for your sins yourself when you die and therefore receive the just wrath of God in eternity in Hell or you can be covered by Jesus Christ if you turn away from sin and trust in Christ who paid your fine in full and therefore resulting in you being declared righteous by God and having eternal life in Heaven to worship God forever!!!

The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord (Romans 6:23)

I plead with you sincerely, please repent and trust in Jesus Christ today to be forgiven of your sins. I earnestly pray that you do!
