How to get away with mass murder: control the grand jury

Hoppy was removed from the grand jury investigating the Oklahoma City Bombing by the presiding judge apparently due to the fact that he was asking too many questions. Federal Judge David Russell's criminal behavior of denying the citizen's right to investigate murder places him as accessory to those murders.

After speaking publicly about the grand jury, Hoppy was threatened and intimidated with numerous visits from the FBI to his home.
