Elkie Brooks - Mistress of English Jazz - Live! - June 09

A small snippet from Elkie's recent live concert at Rosemoor Gardens, Devon. Her range of athetic vocals are outstanding and like a fine (lilac?) wine have actually improved with age - she looks absolutely amazing too!

The musicians in her band were first class, but special credit must go to the Saxophonist whom was nothing short of Awesome! Not the best seat in the house for up close video footage, however despite the profile angle, I do hope viewers will enjoy her music. :)

I have a few other clips that I shall upload in the future, when I can work out how to rotate the footage!

I Have To Agree That Elkie Just Gets Better & Better, I Saw Her Live Twice In 2004 And I Was Totally Spellbound To Say The Least, When It Comes To Blues & Jazz The Performance Is BREATHTAKING!
