@ 1.40 you just totally stuffed your coffee. Slamming your basket back into the portafilter like that would have put cracks through your coffee, making water run through certain parts of the coffee faster, over-extracting your shot. Just a tip from one barista to another :D

What kind of VW bug do you have? I had a '72 that my dad and I restored. Drove it for 3 michigan winters with no heat!
