Do the shells make a large difference for the sound produced? I'm currently using pinstripes as my top and ambassadors as my bottoms, but for the life of me I cant get that deep low sound out of my toms, Ive tried fooling around quite a bit and have looked at tutorials and such, but as of yet they still sound like trashcans regardless of how high or low i tune them, any suggestions?
