In 1990, Brooke was in love with Eric and pregnant with his child, however, the couple had to hide their relationship due to Eric still being married to Stephanie. When Brooke's brother, Storm, found out that Brooke was engaged and pregnant by an unnamed man, he began to snoop around, complicating things for Brooke and Eric. When finally Thorne revealed to Stephanie that Brooke was the reason for Eric filing for divorce, the race to the altar was on! Would Eric get his divorce in time so he could marry Brooke, or would Stephanie be able to thwart his plans?

Brooke did get pregnant and she did miscarry but his mom ranted and raved along with Caroline that she had to be faking it and that's how it's been told for years. But it happened exactly the way Storm said.

I still wonder if Rick is really Ridge's son and Taylor just got some guys sperm and Steffy and Thomas is from a sperm bank because it was difficult for her to get pregnant and the doctor's told her she'd never be able to have kids and then wala she's pregnant. Also Ridge and Brooke had been having alot of sx but it turns out to be Eric's after 1 night together. Yeah, right.

Oh please. Ridge loved Caroline as much as he loved Brooke and Taylor. It's possible. It would be gross, though, cause that would mean Rick hooked up with TWO of his sisters...icky.

I am well aware of Ridge and Caroline's deep love and have never thought that, my point was given how the soap is TODAY not in 1990, it's good that Storm was INCORRECT! Got it!

Impossible! Ridge was very happily married to Caroline at the time. If you saw any of the romantic interactions between Ridge and Caroline, you would know that Ridge would NEVER, EVER cheat on Caroline.

It would be a horrific nightmare if Ridge did turn out to be Rick's father given how much they hate each other now.
