This is probably some of the best music from the Final Fantasy universe. The fact that Uematsu wrote an actual OPERA for a snes game is still amazing.
Oh, and I agree with GirlintheWater. Hamill as Kefka would be freaking awesome.
Final Fantasy has a magical melody, it can make you love, it can make you cry, it can give you so many different feelings. Nobuo Uematsu is just a master of music.

I agree too that Sarah Brightman singing this song would be amazing to hear in person and in the game^^.
It could work if they put good voice actors for a remake of the game (if possible). (Brightman as Celes... It could actually work.)
(Out of topic a little: If they ever remake this game, I hope Hamill gets the part for Kefka.)
But overall, I still love Final Fantasy VI as it is especially this scene.
