I now have very good reason to believe this is an "Atomic Hydrogen" reaction. Notice how it happens on only one electrode...and notice the emission spectrum (same as hydrogen)
The explosion pressure is somewhere around 7 bars, and even if this the bottle can withstand 7 bars static (it probably cant) there's good chance a sharp explosion will shatter it anyway.
What if hydrogen+oxygen in that bottle blows from a spark, spraying caustic and shrapnel all over.

Thanks for your concern, but, once again "I am an experienced experimenter" and I am well aware of the caustic element in the vapors.
