Yes exactly, Anna's lack of second serve in a climate of power players didn't help. The major reason she didn't win tournaments was because she had the consistency of custard. But when she was having a good day, her movement and intelligence around the court was second to none.

I can't believe anna never won a tournament. She was such a big hitter but she lacked consistency and and intelligence on the court.

weird thing back in the day, i was a mary fan until anna started blowin up. i still liked her and love her game, but anna just did it for me in everyway. unfortunately, she had to prematurely end her career but i still had mary!!!
