lol.....I actually restarted the game to get the last bar and i didnt figure it out until the second playthrough.

thx all throughout the game i never knew that you could stick gernades to foam............. EPIC FAIL!

its kinda tricky, but what you gotta do is come up from the vent from below. While your wall kicking up it shoot some foam at the vent itself, then shoot a grenade.  The grenade will get stuck to the foam and blow the vent off.
