Wow, what a luscious tone! Reminds me of Cornell Dupree but much rawer. Anyone who loves Blues guitar should get Kirk's CD "Shades Of Blue". By far the best Blues album in a LONG time. Kim Wilson & Finis Tasby are great on it also.

This is the ONLY blues guitarist that captivates my TOTAL attention today. The energy this man generates in one solo is more than what ten others can do. He puts his heart & soul into every not.
