They both are good singers. But Tiffany is a great singer. Ciara can't sing as well but she can entertain like a baby Janet. lol. The good thing is that Ciara has grown a lot since Goodies.

Just because some has a louder voice, doesnt make them a better singer. But any way Tiffany's voice is better! Ciara voice is nice too!
