@soadnairsoft I think u got my post completely wrong. I was saying how it pisses me off to see ppl who try & claim Syd didn't go crazy, the band egotistically pushed him out or whatever bullshit they come up with. A tragic & very sad change very obviously did happen - to put it mildly.

so it's fine that a man all but locks himself in his home for over 30 years with little to no human contact, mostly from his sister, shaves all his body hair off, gains over a hundred pounds in about 3-5 years and has no disregard for it, as well as have extreme bipolar behaviors of beating his girlfriend with a mendoline, to crying in the corner, then giggling and having a good time, then locking himself in a pantry screaming is fine? or maybe you're just around so many crazies hes ok

kurt cobain reminds me of syd barrett -- just couldn´t deal with fame and i can understand that -- there must be so much phoneyness connected with being in the spotlight,- surely not everybody´s cup of tea, especially of someone so creative and sensitive!!
