So the only way to permanently edit a brush is to duplicate the modified brush, and delete the original?

Why can't I just 'apply' brush settings to the current brush? That would be the intuitive way to edit a brush, Adobe.

WOW....I learned a lot about brushes on here. Thanks a million. I just wish adobe would come up with a keyboard shortcut to rotate the brush. They have one to make it bigger or smaller, even one for hard or softness. now all we need is one to rotate it left or right. That would save a lot of time. If someone knows how to do this please respond to this comment or post a video. THANKS
