I wonder how many tourists die each year from falling down these stone steps. That's an ugly thought, especially if you paid for a round trip ticket!

@Baldgol4 I believe no one is allowed to climb them anymore for that reason because of many injuries and several deaths in the past.

I went last year in 09 but they didn't let us climb it cause people seemed to be ruining the pyramid but other then that it was fun

@Avatar512793 When I went, somebody had died from falling down the steps a couple days prior and after that, no one was allowed to climb the pyramid then either.
