This is an Airgun Trick shot (or accuracy shot) where one shot from a pellet gun takes out 5 candles. This may be the first time anyone has taken out more than one candle with a shot from any type of rifle. This shot was performed with a Benjamin Marauder shooting at 810 fps using 7.9 grain Crosman Premiers for a total of 11.5 ftlbs from the Field Target Seated Position.

  • You have to aim close to the wick but not touch it. If you touch the wick with the pellet it will deflict the pellet just enough that by the time you get to the 3rd or 4th candle you will not snuff out the flame. Setup is key as all the flames have to be at the hieght that the pellet will pass through them all without hitting the flame. 2 candles is easy to setup . 5 took alot more to do.

  • very nice video, with the .177 trajectory i bet you could stretch that shot out and nice challenger stock btw... i have a Hawke Airmax 4-12x40 on my mrod. what scope is that on yours?

  • @thelawnguys93

It is a Leupold Comp35X. Thanks.

  • Nice... where did you get that stock from?

  • It is a Challenger stock inletted by Crosman, painted and graphics applied by Crosman and then sent to us.

  • good stuff, airguns are great.

  • Man you need to get some weed and feed going in that yard. Nice shooting though.

  • I'm just curious, when aiming with a scope, do you align the middle of the crosshair (the 'kill dot' as I call it) on the flame itself or a little bit above the flame to compensate for the effects of gravity if needed?

  • @rbsimba The Challenger stock was inletted for us by Crosman for the Marauder action. This is an old stock from the 2000 challenger that did not have the gauge on the side. HTH

  • Good stuff right there..

  • lol, chipmunk wouldnt shut up in the background
