Lindsay Lohan was all smiles as she yelled out an expletive as she almost entered the wrong car as she was leaving a Beverly Hills medical building. Funny enough, the car she mistook for her ride was a paparazzis car. What wasnt funny was later when two West Hollywood police cruisers blockaded a street to prevent Paps from leaving as they wrote up tickets to whatever laws they could think of. Some real. Some imagined.
