That's a clip! *Read Description*

To me this is still a clip, put it like this you shouldn't have to get someone else say so on something you recorded or got, what ever you think is a clip it's a clip cause if you have to get confirmation from someone else on something you got then it isn't a clip at all straight up, so what ever you think is a clip its a clip it don't matter if its a single or if its in annex or what ever the case maybe if you think its a clip its a clip.
