you are right actually the real GTR was actually the GTP but was considered a GTR,I saw it on the article of the 944 turbo,This was only a one production GTR with 500hp.

me im spending over 50K to do this project,includes buying the car and a S2 engine with turbo conversion,believe me man,it wont be as much legal for california,including im putting a down pipe with no catalyst Converter just a silencer and the body of a catalyst,im raising it is 550hp,with 7 10 ounce nos bottles ment for bikes but with a controlled compressor to equalize,plus ill be using the emergency light button to active the nos,just wait and see ill post it on youtube.

awesome gt-r, but heavily modified from delivery. in 1981 the fuel fillers from the factory were on opposite sides of the car, the roll cage looked nothing like the cage in this car, the glass was different, and there were many more differences. like this car, almost all of these cars were chopped up to stay competitive in imsa and trans am racing. this is *not* the actual 1981 Le mans car, but it's close.

is the red 924 gtr for sale??? if not, i also would plan on building a street legal version with the same body work, wheel sizes, etc.
