Ok for all who had 3g problems I did not sign up for 3g so I do not know, but u can try going to settings > wireless and networks > data roaming and try to uncheck 2g that's all I know I'm really sorry I do not know I will try Googling it and for the apps problem, u have to back up ur apps to be able to restore them

@theeatyourfood ok firstly i wouldn't recommend fontimizer sp for that, instead I'll recommend u use font installer by jrummy. for that app, you have to be rooted. basically just choose a font u think you'll like, press and hold it,  select download then preview. if you like it, press and hold that font and select install. after that I'll ask u to reboot. just reboot and ur done!

@charlydofigue firstly, installing cynogen helps your phone become faster which does a little bit of overclocking, which means that battery life will shorten by alittle. Secondly, yes you can still enter recovery mode, just that it will have the clockworkmod layout. Lastly, as long as u do a full system backup on clockworkmod recovery before you install cyanogen of your stock rom, you can restore it to how you save it through system restore. thanks for asking :D
