f2p high/max hit after F.O.G

i need to said is ,I finished my membership for a half year.
and firecape is my favor,i keep my cape in f2p.
after F.O.G updated
f2p have chance to get rune berserker shield,rune gauntlet(both +6 str bous)
i try out some rune item's new high/max hit
in f2p with 99 str.

Ok First you have to buy rune gauntles and berserker shield then you have to CHArge them up for double bonuses then you get total 6+ str bonus Max hit with rune gauntles and rune 2h is 32

With rune scim+charged Gauntles and bERSERKER you can hit 27

I tested al these hits with my 99str 99 atk main
