This stunning track comes from the 'Storyteller's night' LP in 1985. This version was also released on the "Long Days Black Nights" triple compilation cd in 2002. This really is Magnum at their very best. I dont normally recommend compilation CD's but this is tremendous for anyone new to Magnum - it really is! I have no copyright on music or pictures.

  • Atmospheric number from a fine album. Got it on fetching yellow vinyl years ago, since updated to cd.

    Cheers for posting.

  • @DCHurlford1 cheers bud. updated to cd? dont you mean 'downgraded?' lol... i still prefer the vinyl mate, great huge artwork covered sleeves, lyrics, fold-outs and the crack crack crack as the needle passed over a scratch!!! lol...you really 'appeared' to be getting something for your money back then. look after the vinyl.

  • @pengyboy40 Sorry misread thought 2012 I'm a year late...... doh!

  • @pengyboy40 Where are they playing? Haven't seen them since I saw them three times in the mid and late 80's. Wouldn't mind catching them again.

  • yeahh magnum fuckin rules

  • @MAGNUM2F Cheers for the reply. Yeah you have a point. Funny you should say that as i have been revisiting my old records in recent times. I've got one of those Bush mini-turntables (not hi-tech but does the job) connected to my Technics (circa 2000) seperates system. Is it just my imagination or does vinyl play faster than cd? Severe case in question would be Gerry Rafferty's City To City album. I would say at the end of the day that records do have more warmth to the sound than discs.

  • Great stuff!

  • @fweeble12 im sure youll see them soon, they are highly recommended to see live, and im 20 :)

  • @pengyboy40 my parents are going to see them then too but I'm 1 week to young to go so I'm quite annoyed. Have fun :)
