  • Hmm, I'm not sure this is beneficial when someone's got 100kg+ on their back. When squatting isn't it imperative that one keeps their back slightly arched as opposed to rounded to prevent them prolapsing a disc?

  • Hi Volatile,

these videos are for viewers who are new to exercise and so wouldn't be squatting with that amont of weight on their back.

    Thanx for watching

  • thankyou for your interest slaughteryaface however when you perform ANY kind of squat, your quadriceps are still being used, whether you're pushing from your toes or heels.

Your quads will still be used as a synergist, fixator or antagonist.

Thanx for watchin my friend...more videos to come up soon...

    sam ;-)

  • 'Front of your Figh, back of your Figh, and yer bum.'

  • Why don't you go more than 90 degrees? Is there a reason?

  • @Sircrazypants

you are probably inflexible in your hamstrings due to years of not squatting correctly.. its easy for you knees not to go past your toes once you properly push your hips back. try to squat directly in front of a wall, if your knees touch the wall your not properly pushing those hips back .

  • @samwinkworth

maybe you can actually get her to squat next time--- not breaking parallel = no squat, f urther her knees should be out to the sides as she she lowers into the bottom of the squat to properly engage the abductors . otherwise you are not getting all the benefits of a proper squat that will engage the posterior chain effectively.

  • Keep pressing 2....

  • did you say the knees aren't going over the toes? because they are.

  • lmao wat he say?

  • I don't even think anyone can keep their knees NOT past their toes without falling back...or maybe my heels aren't big enough

  • I love brittish chubby girls!!!-

  • The major reason why your knees are passing your knees is, you aren't sticking your chest out, Shoulders back, and chest out, butt out too.
