Mass Effect 3 Ending: Tasteful, Understated Nerdrage (SPOILERS)

Update on the Indoctrination theory: the video is harsher on the indoctrination theory than I really meant to be. The theory is very clever actually - but I just personally doubt that it's what Bioware intended for a variety of reasons.

Watch the whole thing, but between 1:09 and 1:27 Pretty much sums up why these places are still running, If you have to pay someone to rate your game, you know somethings wrong, and is why more cautious people are now turning to other places for their reviews.

Don't you understand?? It was deep and meaningful - and sad, it was also sad! But mostly deep and meaningful. There was also a twist, and probably some other shit that nobody else got. But deep and meaningful are the key themes. It's not like Bioware were making a video game in which you can punch a reporter in the face, they were making modern literature's most advanced and thought-provoking final act in history. If you didn't get that then you obviously don't understand EA. It was also sad.

The reapers would close the relays, to prevent shepard from hindering them even more. f they weren't retconned that is.

Shepard can travel accross the whole galaxy within a a day while you play, and the reapers can sure smash their way through a relay. But it takes them month to get here ? all te while conquering almost every othr sectors in various places of the galaxy ?

He wasn't asked about 8 cruisers, he was asked about alliance losses. 90 frigates would without a doubt be mentionned. So he remembers 8 ships and not the othrs because fuck them ?

And he doesn't want to give medals to the other fleets that were allegedly there by your own logic ? Shepard doesn't considder them heroes ?

Did you see hundreds of ships be blown up in ME1 ?

Whether it's live or not doesn't matter, the validity of an argument lie in the argument itself.

Make a vid defending the ending, or showing how the genophage isn't retconned, how EDI's body i as important as a person, etc.

ead what dark raku said. Cutscene changes, nothing more. Deus ex 1 has different path for a same mission, the other games i quoted have your actions and choice impact the actual gameplay. You never get to actually fight side by side with krogans or salarian NPC in ME3, no matter your choices. And you always fight rachni, even after you kill the queen.
