Starting off 2012 right with a 20 bottle niche haul. This video will include 2 purchases from the haul. I will give you my first impressions on these scents :

Just got a sample of Puredistance M...and i disagree with Marc, again im a nobody who just started getting into fragrances but i loved it..i dont get the curry spice cooking smell, i do get pepper and woods..almost similar to Le Labo - Poivre 23..i just cant see it being disgusting or horrendous like Marc said, then again everyone's skin reacts different and people have different preferences when it comes to fragrances, so all respect to Marc your still my favorite bro,,lol. be safe

I felt the same way with that big dose of oakmoss in the opening of Puredistance M. But after twenty minutes it develops a stunning jasmine like floral notes and gets better. This one takes a while too get your head around what your smelling.

absolutely agree with u marc on puredistance m. i sniffed it when i was in budapest in a boutique and i absolutely disgusted by it, and it was a dried down test strip.

Hey just wanted to mention that Peche Cardinal by MDCI is unisex in my opinion and quite nice. Their feminines are great, a couple were signed by Patricia de Nicolai. Same insane pricing though.

If it smells like curry I can see disliking it. That's a ridiculous thing to smell like. Dyptique L'Autre had that too I think.
