probably the ones laughing were tourists, they don't know how things go in Paris. Actually, this is how they break out of tight parking sports in Paris. She did nothing out of the order. They don't care about the bumper of the cars as much as others do, cars are cars, and bumpers are called bumpers for a reason.

I know this lady. She lives on or near the Isle St. Louis. I saw her drive around around and around there for hours. Mad as a hatter but good fun!
