In this 5th video I'm going to focus on some more advanced muscle building supplements that you can use to help maximize your training and nutritional program and speed up your gains in the gym.

But I'd recommend that you check out and use all the products that I mentioned in my previous 4 videos. Laying the foundation of essential supplements and proper nutrition is critical before moving on to the more "advanced" muscle building and fat burning supplements that I cover here.

  • THANK you for a very informative and detailed video. The slides were very helpful as well, THKS

  • @70athens

    Cool, glad you liked it.

  • What could I take, I am lactose intolerance so I can't have whey protein

  • @Dichoso816

Whey protein isolate has all the lactose and fat filtered out, so you should still be able to consume that. But there are lots of other protein powders available as well. Egg protein and beef protein are 2 other options that contain zero lactose.

  • Hi Lee, I have a question about protein, can we consume always. Or should we stop like creatine and NO2 after 12weeks consuming?

  • @Cyb3rShoy

I use these basic supplements year round.

  • Jack3d is actually not a nitric oxide based supplement, ofcause it still contains L-Arginine and other nitric oxide "increasing" amino acids. Jacked is mostly founded on it's 1,3- dimethylamylamine. Buttom line more a stumulant than a nitric oxide product. Just to make your VERY nice work even better! Thanks for your videos! Further more, remember that Xtend contains other amino acids than the BC aminos. Glutamine and Citroline.
