Pyongyang, August 11 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il inspected a women's company of KPA Unit 1374. He acquainted himself with the company's performance of duty and appreciated the efforts made by its soldiers, expressing satisfaction over the fact that they are performing their combat duty with vigilance. Then he learned in detail about the service and living of the soldiers, going round an education room, a bedroom, a mess hall, an outdoor resting place, a barn and other places of the company. He saw the pencil drawings done by Choe Hyon Chun, a young soldier of the company, and highly appreciated her art talent. Very laudable are the women soldiers who are assiduously managing their economic life by their own efforts, he noted, stressing that the company is, indeed, a school for perfecting human beings in the era of Songun as it helps the soldiers not only acquire a revolutionary world outlook but cultivate patriotism, comradeship, precious life experience and diligence. He highly appreciated the signal achievements made by the soldiers of the company in the past, saying that it set an example in all aspects including its management.
