There's no such thing as "Psychiatric Crimes". Psychiatrists don't commit crimes. Scilons on the other hand steal information, lie, accuse people of crimes they did not commit, engage in what is basically slavery (although technically they're paid 10c pr hour) and practice medicine without a licence.

anyone who believes that psychiatry is harmless and doesn't commit crimes is an idiot. cchr might be little sensationalist but do some research before you start saying that everything is good in the world of psychiatry. for gods sake, open up a newspaper and you will see a new or ongoing lawsuit for a psychiatric drug every couple of weeks. the fact that people run their mouths and know nothing about this stuff makes you look stupid.

There were abuses in the past, but I totally agree, there's no need to demonize psychiatry. Doctor's did there best to try to find solutions to treat the "insane", even though some of there techniques may have appeared to be barbaric. But, one has to be critical towards this statement, there were abuses (the lobotomy "treatment for instance").

No, ECT (electro convulsive therapy)treatments are still used nowadays, but only in rare cases, where every conventionnal treatment has failed. And the ECT procedures used today have absolutely nothing to do with the one's used in the 30-and 40's.

Where is the original of this video? I do appreciate your being critical, but was the original video an "official" presentation of the exhibit? I'd rather see it myself in order to make my mind. Maybee the video itself is flawed, not the museum
