Wie lässt sich die Explosivität eines Sportlers so weit wie möglich maximieren? "Dimplom Sportlehrer" und "A-Lizenz Trainer im Gewichtheben" Johann Martin hat dafür eine eigene Variante der Zug-Übung aus dem Gewichtheberbereich entwickelt.
