He also imparted his advice to aspiring casting directors ("find a person to study with") as well as to actors ("respect your talent").

Eddie made a mistake. He confused Lisa Gerritsen with Dana Hill. Lisa Gerritsen (born Dec. 1957) was best known for her role as Phyliss' daughter Bess Lindstrom on The Mary Tyler Moore Show. She retired from acting at age 21 and pretty much played her own age. She is still living. Dana Hill (born 1964, died 1996) was best known for her role as Audrey in European Vacation. She died due to complications with diabetes. But Lisa is still alive.
