Whenever my town replaces their sirens (our Model 7s are in great shape) I really hope they get either a directional Whelen or one of these. NOT a 2001 or an ATI.

Yes, I've heard both of them. With San Francisco, they use a recording of the old Federal Signal STL-10 sirens, believe it or not.

Nah, both San Francisco and Nashville have had problems with their ATI sirens. I've never heard of any problems with T128 sirens.

Not quite as awesome as they used to make, but these are cool compared to other new sirens. Beats the hell out of anything Federal Signal is producing, that's for sure.
