Now that students are able to provide feedback on all courses offered at Mount Allison, the next steps to be taken do not revolve around change to formal processes, but instead around cultural change.
We need to create an environment in which both students and faculty see student evaluation of teaching as a legitimate and valuable avenue through which constructive and respectful feedback may be provided.
To this end, the SAC has produced a short video encouraging students to provide constructive, formative evaluation, whether it be positive or negative.
If you have any questions, email sacacademic@mta.ca.

0:53 telling someone they are funny is a legitimate answer as it helps people pay attention.
