  • Nice bike! I have an 82 model i am looking to do something similar to. Where did you pick up that finder and seat and did you just cut off the muffler and weld on exhaust tubing? Thanks,

  • @mhoustoninteg sorry i couldn t get back to you sooner...the seat i got from a bike shop, and the fender was a plastic that was under the seat which i scraped and molded into a fender.

  • What kind of speedo did you use? I have the same bike and am dying to get rid of that hideous cluster. Thanks.

  • @boypiranha when u mean speedo u mean the speeodmeter.i just used a older honda speedeometer that i found on line ,didn pay much for it tried it out and it worked .

  • awsome bike.you shoul try it with ape hangers.

  • @cb650fun

thanks .i have been thinking about putting ape hangers but first i want to figure out the problem with my rear turn signals.

  • question?

i have the same bike and its shaft driven. how did you go about lowering it?

  • Are those just metal bars bolted to the frame making it a hardtail?

If so, also a great idea for the non welder.

  • I would have rolled the pinch weld on the tank before painting but still a nice bike. I have the same bike that I just stripped to the frame and plan to make a bobber like yours. I plan to use your idea of using the plastic fender that is hidden under the factory bike to make a new rear fender. That was a great idea!

  • y como chingados le haces cuando una morrita te pide k la pasees

  • This bike is really cool. I want to do one like it as well, and I am wondering about that exhaust. Yours is the best sounding non V twin I have heard. How did you do it? Thanks.

  • @doomsbay bopper? lol new=Knew?

  • cool had 83 nighthawk 650
