in sweden they do the opposite of what America does. In America they subsidise processed food to the point where they can sell bad unhealthy food below the cost it takes to produce it, and they put higher taxes on healthy food growers. This is what happens when you allow a basic necessity of life to be in the hands of greedy psychopathic capitalists.

there aren't any health food stores in these neighbourhoods for the same reason their aren't any Ferrari dealerships in these neighbourhoods. Healthy food is more expensive than fast food because it isn't heavily subsidised, thus it is not economically viable to have a store that sells expensive goods that people cannot afford.

There aren't any health food stores in these neighborhoods because people in these neighborhoods don't like healthy foods. It's free market. Whatever sells the most will grow.

don't seem people understand the point. Obesity is caused for anxiety, and the poor people are he most vulnerable because they suffer more from anxiety diseases than wealth people . Food habits are important but not the main cause.

Obesity existed before junk food was invented.

Healthy food is more expensive than junk food here. A LOT more expensive. And a lot of people don't have health food stores anywhere near them anyway or access to public transportation so it's near impossible for them to get healthy food.

I don't buy this argument at all--these people love eating the unhealthy foods. You try to make them a nice meal of salad, greens and organic buffalo meat, they make faces and say it's gross and complain about the taste. The love the bad foods.
