@evilazulan I lean/push my fingers toward me so that my index finger touches (mutes) the E string and my middle finger touches the D string and I flatten my ring finger to mute the high E string. Try that :) hope I helped! Let me know if you need more assistance. :)

you should try x.3.5.4.5.3 as first chord and then x.11.13.12.13.11 it sounds way better in stead of Cmaj7 and x8x88x.

And 2x22xx sounds better as 2.4.2.2.2.2

Hi there, I'm pretty much a beginner guitar play- I was having a lot of trouble playing the X8X88X and 2X22XX- mostly because I don't know how on earth to mute or whatever skilled guitar players do T_T Please help out, this song is amazing. Great tutorial btw!
