They're a Canadian comedy group who planned a fake viral video so they could both critique viral videos and get a lot of attention from foolhardy people like yourself. They spicifically have a 30 minute video dedicated to making the video and making fun of viral videos.

I just love the sound the nunchuk makes when it hits Graham's cup. It's like he's got balls made of steel! Morgan's timely double-whammy is such a perfect dick move. It's interesting to know that you can make a genuinely funny viral video by actively TRYING to make an appeal-to-the-lowest-common-denominator viral video.
