seriously work on controlling your form and body movements not only are they distracting but it will get you MUCH higher, you will make the dives ALot more attractive and you can make the dive complete without much splash or ugliness.jump up not out. it improves the dive and lessens the chance of smacking greatly so you dont hurt yourself.

You get so far out on all of your dives, because your feet are halfway off the board when you jump. Still cool, though.

@chsdiver4 Obviously haven't seen a decent 2 and a half before...a 2 and a half in tuck is always going to look ugly...if u want it to look nice and get some poise, grow a pair and do it in pike.

i tough this is double gainer whit 1440 twist ;D
is it much helpful to keep your arms crossed like you do during your 1440 even for something simple like a 360 dive which im trying to pull off right now?

@Killercx4 The most important thing to remember when twisting flat (not flipping and twisting) is to twist with your shoulders, NOT YOUR HIPS. When you do flips with twists, you use your hips which helps in rotation because it lowers your center of gravity. When you spin with no rotation, you want your center of gravity high, so twist with your shoulders not your hips.

how to you spin while diving like a 1440 smoothly, whenever i try it i end up flipping over

@Killercx4 It sounds like you are using your hips to twist instead of your shoulders. If you want to spin flat, you have to resist the urge to whip your hips. Whipping your hips induces rotation which causes you to flip. Try to imagine a top heavy tornado that is falling over. Spin with your upper body and let your lower body follow.
