Oh please do not talk rubbish. Firstly, South Africa does not have capital punishment it was abolished in 1995. Secondly, no one gets sentenced without trail in South Africa. Reminded me of the case with Charlize Theron's mum who shot the husband (Charlize's dad) through self defense - Has thee been alot of celebrity murders in South Africa...? Surely worldwide murder (even if unintentionally) should get some form of punishment? I mean he took a life!

Truth is Oscar did kill her..it was not premeditated in a sense that he didnt plan to kill her a day before..but tensions prob got high during that night...She called him a crippled piece of shit..and he shot her...he has a history of low temper..sadly these days lawyers get away with every reasoning so he may go scot free..If a canadian doctor who slowly stabbed his three children to death was let off due to 'bad mental state' i dont see any reason why oscar should be in jail
