  • @callofduty4rocks132 that is probably used for training. instead of just training the arms, you get to toughen up your hips and legs. kill 2 birds with 1 stone

  • lol punching in taekwondo

  • This is my favorite martial art exercise!

  • @dima093432 you are incorrect, ITF TKD very much teaches "full hip rotation", as they called it at our studio.

  • ok, basically if you saw an ITF TKD punch in a fight and/or sparring it would look just like a boxer's punch. what you see here is for forms, spiritual practice etc. a punch is a punch, be it Jeet Kune Do, Taekwondo, Karate or Muay Thai. No one suggests that to punch in ITF TKD you would go into horse stance. ((roll eyes)) @ people who have never studied TKD

  • @dima093432 I'm not defending tkd but the stances this guy shows are only used in tkd forms and exercises, not in actually sparring.

  • lol now you know why Taekwando uses mostly kicks

  • ninjitsu my ass!

  • i thought that was the sitting stance

  • cool isnt it, hard to learn for newbies lol
