Crystal Red Shrimp Pregnant

This is a quick video of my 7.5 gallon Mr Aqua cube with 10 Crystal red shrimp and 10 cherry shrimp. You can see two of the crystal red shrimp carrying eggs. One the of the cherries is pregnant as well. I've had the shrimp for about 2 months. They were purchased off ebay.

1/4 water change every week
70 degree temp
8-9 hours of light a day

Don't remember the exact name. I think my ph was right around 7-7.5... They've breed already and most babies died. I have about 7 babies living at the moment.

hey do you know the ebay sellers name? how much did it cost you and what grade?

@koochrox mine got around 80 babies, right now around 60 still living and doing very well. he water here is the same Ph as yours, between 7-7.5. I use JBL's Biotopol added to the water when changing the water 10% once every three weeks. It neutralized the metals within the water. Also, I never change water when they are carrying eggs or got babies just out.

The substrate is Mr Aqua. So far, so good with no issues.
