@MultiJman69 I used to do the same thing back then--I would scan the TV Guide for the word "thriller" because that would usually mean it was one of these old classics. Of course I now have most of this stuff on DVD, but there was something special about trying to catch these when they came on late at night. I just recently picked up the first season of Jonny Quest (1964) on DVD--never will get tired of watching all this old stuff.

i love these classic horror films.back in the 70's when i was a kid, i would stay up all night watching movie after movie i love every thing about them, the actors, the music, special effects and most of all the settings.the castles, grave yards and tombs were awesome.i never get tired of watching them.

Why are they labelling the hunchbacked girl as a monster? Was there no handicap organisation in 1945?

This one is pretty underrated. It's very fun, despite being overshadowed by the films between 1923-1941. Damn those were some awesome years in horror.
