Various artists from SIPAT (Sine Patriyotiko), KARATULA (Kabataang Artista Para sa Tunay na Kalayaan) and other artists from UP and University-Belt launched it's fourth "Sining Tulay", an art exhibit conducted in public footbridges all over the metro. The exhibit was held at the footbridge along EDSA, walkway to Robinson's Galleria and was later on moved to UPFI (Univesity of the Philippines Film Institute). Sining Tulay aims to encourage the youth to create art for social change. Join UgnaYAN!
