How could it be changed overnight?!You always talk about Pachan and Dalai,donot u know they've combated with each other for years?!without central govenment's intervention,10th Panchan even couldnot return to Tibet in 1950 due to Dalai branch's obstruction.I bet you understand why Panchan keep following central govement even if having serious oppression during culture revolution He got so many chances to go exile but he didnot, neither did most other branches leaders.
