Rubik's Revenge without a twist!

An Atmega 328 Arduino-based cubic display-thing I have made. Basically used as a mood-lamp-thing. More details here: http://raronoff.wordpress.com/2010/05/21/cubeduino-2/

  • good job men

  • @alintraxxx Thanks man :)

  • Nice! :)

Good job on getting it done!

On the visual side, I especially liked the waves moving over the blue background(Followed by a set of characters spelling out Cubeduino??) , and the mixing/randomized`ish color effect after winning a game of Rubik´s Revenge :o)

  • @WhoisTheOtherVindAzz

    Thanks!

You are right, it spells out cubeduino (+ (C) raron). A bit hard to read as the font is kind of minimal at 3 by 4 pixels (some are 3 by 5, borrowing the top face pixels) though.

  • Knallbra, hva tar du for 1 stk ? :-D

  • Clever! :)

  • @jawnlooi Thanks for the tip. But I think Ill just keep it as a mood light :)

Your description reminds me of a similar puzzle in another game, with hexagonal shapes and the walls switch on/off kinds like in lights out, except you should make a particular shape by a similar method. Btw it was "Nikopol: Secrets of the Immortals". (I didn't like it at all, except that one puzzle, basically).

  • that is very awesome

  • I like the rubix idea. Nice work!
