Thank you. This is a great exercise. Spend a few weeks on it and you'll notice your legs changing.

Sorry. I made it to be more instructional than entertaining. Some exercises are great exercises but they may not be the most exciting. To me it's about results.

An excellent exercise I have recently added to my own and my clients (at most levels) workouts. One more way to make it harder is to keep the calves from touching the ball at any time. You hit all the little things: toes up to prevent calf cramping, works for lower back stability. I hope people watch and learn.

Thanks for the comment. This can be a great exercise for people of all levels. I've had great success with grandma's with knee problems all the way to highly trained athletes. Of course the level of difficulty is adjusted a little. Thanks for the positive comment and the calf suggestion.
