Captain America was created by Joe Simon And Jack Kirby two Jewish comic book creators. The first issue, Captain America Comics #1 (1941) sold nearly one million copies and was published nine months before the U.S Joined World War II.

A really nice hearfelt video tribute, although I wish you could have put just one Jack Kirby Captain America

in there somewhere.

@cha5 Thank you. You know now that you say it, I kinda wished I had too, though in a way there is one in there. at 1:28 is an Alex Ross painting of a Jack Kirby drawing...

Sorry my mistake, serves me right for not looking closer, One thing I really like about that Ross painting is that it's actually traced right from Kirby's original art, as opposed to say a basic Ross photo recreation in which he uses real life models like his recreation of the cover for Avengers 4 at 2:15.

Anyways you really did really a wonderful tribute regardless, Cap was always one of Jack's favorite characters.
